Shannon Ruth-Leigh, MA

Shannon brings a range of experience in health policy development, sexual health promotion, health care capacity building, patient advocacy, and grant and program management. She is a committed health care change agent dedicated to increasing access to thorough and inclusive sexual health services with a particular emphasis on HIV care and prevention. Notably, prior to her arrival at MATEC, Shannon was the inaugural PrEP Navigator at UW Health and later a Program Administrator for the UW Health HIV Care & Prevention Program. She’s honored to continue serving Wisconsin communities affected by HIV by supporting the healthcare professionals that serve them.
