Integrated HIV/AIDS Planning Technical Assistance Center
The HRSA HAB-supported Integrated HIV/AIDS Planning Technical Assistance Center’s (IHAP TAC) new online course, “An Introduction to HIV Prevention and Care Planning,” is a free, self-paced course offering strategies, tools, resources, and more for those new to integrated HIV prevention and care planning and those who need a refresher. The course allows users to develop and refine their integrated planning skills, create goals, and ultimately develop a 2022-2026 Integrated HIV Prevention and Care Plan.

Trauma-Informed Approaches Toolkit
This toolkit was developed by NASTAD to assist health departments, specifically Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part B and AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAPs), AIDS services organizations, and HIV clinics to take action to become trauma-informed. It covers the basics of trauma, provides an overview of the impact of trauma in people with HIV, describes trauma-informed approaches and strategies, and provides practical steps for RWHAP Part recipients, HIV providers, and organizations to develop and operationalize a plan for delivering trauma-informed prevention and care services for people with HIV.

Health Insurance Literacy eLearning Module
This interactive course is designed to help Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) staff. In particular those who provide direct support to clients to build strong health insurance literacy skills. Also to assist clients with enrolling in, and using, their health coverage to stay covered. Staff will also learn about the connection between:

Prevention and Treatment of HIV Among People Living with Substance Use and/or Mental Disorders
This SAMHSA guide reviews interventions for people living with substance use and mental disorders who are at risk for or living with HIV. Selected interventions are in alignment with goals of the federal “Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America” (EHE) initiative.

Toolkit for Providing HIV Prevention Services to Transgender Women of Color
The CDC toolkit is subdivided into 11 topics which broadly cover concepts relevant to the health and well-being of transgender women of color (WOC). It is a technical assistance guide for implementing topics or elements from the toolkit, that community-based organizations, health departments, and clinics that provide, or are planning to provide, HIV prevention services for transgender WOC can use to support their work. The toolkit is available in English and Spanish.

Trans and Gender-Affirming Care in IHS/Tribal/Urban Facilities: 2020 Strategic Vision and Action Plan
The Indian Health Service, the Minority HIV/AIDS Fund, the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB), and the Native Advocacy Workgroup for Trans Health collaborated to develop a Trans & Gender-Affirming Care in I/T/U Facilities Strategic Vision and Action Plan.  The plan includes information designed to ensure clinical environments serving Indigenous people are affirming for all clients, especially those who identify as trans or gender-diverse, as well as sample policies and strategies to help clinical environments affirm all clients and patients. In the near future, NIHB will release a toolkit to support the implementation of this action plan.

No Progress Without Us: A Toolkit For Integrating Sexual Health Practices Into College Health Settings
Developed by Georgia AETC, this toolkit is meant to serve as a template for screening & PrEP in Historically Black Colleges and Universities and other college health centers and to provide guidance for discussing sexual health considerations and concerns of student patients. 

Corrections Toolkit: Transitional Care Coordination Model Supplemental Learning Materials
This toolkit builds upon a highly successful SPNS project conducted in Wake County, NC, Camden, NJ, and Las Vegas, NV to apply lessons learned from prison HIV care coordination to local jails. The team at the North Carolina AETC carefully evaluated the resources from the SPNS project, engaged local experts to provide feedback and context, and created a “wrap-around” set of resources that complements and enhances the work of the SPNS project to create the Transitional Care Coordination (TCC) model.

The UW Addiction Consultation Provider Hotline offers on-call help to Wisconsin health care providers seeking support and direction in treating their patients’ substance use problems.

All calls are returned within 15 minutes. The Hotline is available weekdays from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M
