MATEC-Wisconsin’s annual accredited Advanced Clinical Workshop will use a case-based, interactive format to examine the impact of HIV on veteran populations while translating Veterans Health Administration (VA) research into practical insights for HIV care across all settings. Designed for an interprofessional audience—including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, social workers, and others involved in HIV care and prevention—the program will engage participants through real-world cases, moderated discussion, and opportunities to actively apply evidence from VA-based research to the care of people with HIV regardless of veteran status. Interactive elements will encourage participants to share perspectives across disciplines, explore care coordination strategies, and identify actionable opportunities to better support veterans and other people with HIV using patient-centered and collaborative approaches relevant in Wisconsin and beyond. Join us on Zoom for this learning opportunity!
